Tasty Smoothies for glowing skin and detoxification
Smoothies are combination of fruits and veggies,Rich in nutrients and can be a complete breakfast.Most of us are in so rush in the mornings and we do skip most important part i.e.,Breakfast.This can be made easily it hardly takes 5 min and not just breakfast you can sip it on any time of the day and also detoxify .Here are the recipes of few smoothies of fruits and vegetables which are rich in providing antioxidants thereby providing you 'tummy full' and Glowing skin
Dark Chocolate Smoothie
DARK CHOCOLATE is powerful source of antioxidants.It also improves blood flow and blood pressure.Consumption of dark chocolate in moderation lowers the risk of cardio vascular diseases .The bio active compounds present in it protects again sun induced damage and provides hydration to skin.This can be a dessert as well.
Ingredients:
1 Banana-Freezed overnight
2 to 3 pieces of Dark chocolate
1 t spoon of peanut butter
Pinch of cinnamon powder
3/4th cup skimmed milk
2 ice cubes
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except cinnamon powder and blend it well.Once done add pinch of cinnamon powder and give a stir, you can keep in Refrigerator and drink .
1 Banana-Freezed overnight
2 to 3 pieces of Dark chocolate
1 t spoon of peanut butter

3/4th cup skimmed milk
2 ice cubes
Mix all the ingredients except cinnamon powder and blend it well.Once done add pinch of cinnamon powder and give a stir, you can keep in Refrigerator and drink .
Beetroot Smoothie:
BEETROOT consists of betanin which is a great antioxidant and it purifies blood, good detoxification,It is low in calorie and helps in maintaining healthy weight.It gives pinkish hue
Ingredients:
1 Banana-Freezed overnight
1 cup beetroot peeled and grated
3/4th cup skimmed milk(Depends on the consistency you want)
1/2 t spoon honey (optional as beetroots are already too sweet)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and blend it well.Once done you can keep in Refrigerator and drink whenever you are hungry.
Plum OATS Smoothie

OATS are rich in fiber ,consumption of oats reduces cholesterol as well.Rich in antioxidant , good for health as well as skin.
Plum:This fruit s very good for treating digestive disorders and is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and helps maintain healthy, radiant, and youthful skin. The consumption of plums helps in reducing dark spots and wrinkles due to the presence of anti-aging nutrients.
Ingredients:
1 Banana-Freezed overnight
1 Plum- Freezed overnight
1t spoon oats
3/4th cup skimmed milk(Depends on the consistency you want)
1 to 2 t spoon honey
2 icecubes
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and blend it well.Once done you can keep in Refrigerator and drink whenever you are hungry.
Note:Plum should be frozen nicely do use the plum peels.
Mango Smoothie
Mango is King Of Fruits.These mangoes are organically grown in our home and they are very sweet in taste.In the recipe i did not add much flavors since I love this seasonal fruit Mango

Pinch of cardamom powder
1/2th cup skimmed milk
2 ice cubes
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except cardamom powder and blend it well.Once done add pinch of cardamom powder and give a stir, you can keep in Refrigerator and drink .
